Heating & safety

Heart of Hope microwave times: 700 to 900 watts, 25 to 35 seconds. 1000 to 1100 watts, 20 to 30 seconds. 1200 watts or more, 15 to 25 seconds. Add 10-second steps after that only if needed.
Knead it and test it on the inside of your wrist. It should feel comfortably warm, never hot. Let it cool completely before heating it again.
Do not sleep with it heated, and do not use heat on skin that cannot feel temperature well. Not for babies or young children.
