How to use it
- Room temperature: How most people use them, most of the time. Just hold, press, and turn.
- Warm (oven only): Place on a cookie sheet in a 250°F oven for 1 to 2 minutes. Stay in the kitchen, and don't let the fidget touch the oven walls or heating element. Not microwavable because of the glass marbles inside.
- Cool: Seal in a plastic bag and place in the freezer for about 1 hour.

Care
Spot clean only with cool water and mild soap. The fidgets are sewn closed and should not be machine washed or fully submerged. Water damages the flaxseed fill and dulls the herb scent. Kept dry, they stay fragrant and shapely for a long time.

Are these fidgets safe for children?They are recommended for all ages with adult supervision for children, because each fidget contains two smooth glass marbles inside the sewn-closed cotton. The marbles are fully enclosed and the seams are reinforced, but as with any product containing small parts, we recommend adult oversight for younger children.
Can these fidgets help with ADHD or anxiety?Many of our customers with ADHD, anxiety, autism, or sensory processing differences use weighted fidgets to help with focus, regulation, and stress. The weight, texture, and shifting marbles give the hands a specific tactile task to anchor to. These are not medical devices.
Why can't I microwave them?The glass marbles inside can't go in a microwave. Warm them on a cookie sheet in a 250°F oven for 1 to 2 minutes instead, and stay nearby. Most of the time they are used at room temperature anyway.
Do I have to choose one heart and one square?No. Choose any combination of two: two hearts, two squares, or one of each.
How are these different from plastic or silicone fidgets?Ours are made from 100% cotton, whole flaxseed, dried herbs, and glass marbles. They feel softer and warmer, with a quiet weight plastic doesn't have, and they don't smell like factory plastic.
