Damaged, defective, or wrong item? Email me within 30 days of delivery with a photo and I'll send a free replacement. No need to send it back.

Not quite right for you? Unused, non-personalized items can be exchanged for a different color, scent, or product, or returned for store credit, within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is on you.

Personalized and embroidered pieces are made just for you, so they're final sale unless there's a defect.
