What's in the set

Heart of Hope: a 7" weighted comfort heart, about 1 lb, to hold in your hand or rest over your chest.
Weighted Eye Pillow: about 9 oz of gentle weight that blocks light and rests softly over closed eyes, with a removable, washable cover.
Both: 100% cotton, whole flaxseed and dried herbs, in the fabric and scent you choose.

How to use it

Warm the heart: 20 to 30 seconds in the microwave, supervised.
Warm the eye pillow: about 30 seconds, in short intervals. Stop as soon as it feels comfortably warm.
Cool either one: seal in a bag and place in the freezer.
A quiet ritual: lie back, rest the eye pillow over your eyes and the heart over your chest, and breathe.

Care

Keep both pieces dry and spot clean only. The eye pillow cover is removable and washable. Never submerge the weighted inserts, since water damages the flaxseed fill.

Why deep pressure helps

Gentle weight resting on the body offers the steady, settled feeling of deep touch pressure, like a reassuring hand. The heart gives your hands something real to hold, and the eye pillow blocks light and invites your face to soften, a simple cue that it is time to rest.

Why are there fewer fabrics than on the single products?The set only offers fabrics I carry for both the heart and the eye pillow, so your pieces always match.
