The Parker Mountain Weighted Body Wrap is a 3-pound microwavable hot/cold aromatherapy wrap with a removable, machine-washable 100% cotton cover that slides on like a pillowcase. Long and narrow at 9" x 32", it drapes around your neck and shoulders, wraps around your belly, or lays along your lower back. The shape goes where the tension is. The weight settles your nervous system. No plastic, no metal, no synthetic anything.

  • To warm in the oven: Preheat to 250°F. Place on a cookie sheet (not directly on the rack) and heat for 7 minutes. Add 1-minute increments if needed.
  • To cool: Seal in a bag and place in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours.

Frequently asked questions

How is the Body Wrap different from the Deluxe Wrap?

Two main differences: shape and weight. The Body Wrap is long and narrow (9" x 32", 3 lbs), made to wrap around the body, the neck, the belly, or along the lower back. The Deluxe Wrap is larger and squarer (22" x 24", 5 lbs), made to drape over the body across the shoulders, chest, or lap. Many customers own both.

How do I heat the Body Wrap?

In the microwave: Place on a clean plate. Heat for 90 seconds, then add 30-second increments until it reaches the warmth you want. Important: the wrap cannot touch the sides of the microwave.

In the oven: Preheat to 250°F. Place the wrap on a cookie sheet (never directly on the oven rack) and heat for 7 minutes. Add 1-minute increments after that if you'd like it warmer.

Always test the temperature against your wrist before placing on the body.

How do I cool the Body Wrap?

Seal the wrap in a bag and place in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours. The cover stays on.
