No. The Neck Pillow is sewn closed in 100% cotton, with no removable cover. This is different from the Body Wrap and Deluxe Wrap, which have pillowcase-style covers. The Neck Pillow is one piece, designed to be used as is.

How do I heat the Neck Pillow?

In the microwave: Place on a clean plate. Heat for 60 to 90 seconds, adding 15-second increments if you want it warmer. Important: the pillow cannot touch the sides of the microwave.
