How is the Deluxe Wrap different from the Body Wrap?

Two main differences: shape and weight. The Deluxe Wrap is larger and squarer (22" x 24", 5 lbs), made to drape over the body across the shoulders, chest, or lap for deeper relief. The Body Wrap is long and narrow (9" x 32", 3 lbs), made to wrap around the neck, the belly, or along the lower back. Many customers own both.

How do I heat the Deluxe Wrap?

In the microwave: Shake the wrap to redistribute the flaxseed evenly, then place on a clean plate. Heat in 30-second increments until it reaches the warmth you want. Important: the wrap cannot touch the sides of the microwave.

In the oven: Preheat to 250°F. Place the wrap on a cookie sheet (never directly on the oven rack) and heat for 7 minutes. Add 1-minute increments after that if you'd like it warmer.

Always test the temperature against your wrist before placing on the body.

How do I cool the Deluxe Wrap?

Seal the wrap in a bag and place in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours. The cover stays on.
