Warm it, cool it, or just wear it

  • Warm: Microwave for 2 to 2.5 minutes. Because this is our heaviest wrap, heat in 30 second intervals, never leave it unattended, and let it rest a moment before use. Natural flaxseed can scorch if overheated, so stop as soon as it feels comfortably warm.
  • Cool: Seal in a bag and place in the freezer for cooling, grounding relief.
  • Room temperature: The weight alone is deeply settling. Sometimes that is all you need.
