How to use it
- Warm: Microwave for 2 to 2.5 minutes. Because this is our heaviest wrap, heat in 30 second intervals, never leave it unattended, and let it rest a moment before use. Natural flaxseed can scorch if overheated, so stop as soon as it feels comfortably warm.
- Cool: Seal in a bag and place in the freezer for cooling, grounding relief.
- Room temperature: The weight alone is deeply settling. Sometimes that is all you need.
- Where: Drape it across your shoulders and upper back. It falls over the front of the body too.
